{"id":760,"date":"2025-12-17T15:41:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T04:41:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gsmgolf.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=760"},"modified":"2025-12-18T16:05:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T05:05:53","slug":"miclub-member-booking-system-now-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gsmgolf.miclub.com.au\/cms\/miclub-member-booking-system-now-live\/","title":{"rendered":"MiClub Member Booking System Now Live"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"p1\">As part of our transition to <span class=\"s1\"><b>GSM Hepburn Golf Club<\/b><\/span>, we\u2019re pleased to advise that the <span class=\"s1\"><b>MiClub booking system is now live<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Member booking sheets will be available for <span class=\"s1\"><b>December from next Monday onwards<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Member Access &amp; Login Details<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">All members have now been set up in the <span class=\"s1\"><b>MiClub and MiMembership systems<\/b><\/span>, allowing access to daily timesheets and member bookings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Your login details have been issued separately and include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Your <\/span><b>Member Number<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A <\/span><b>temporary password<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to <span class=\"s1\"><b>update your password<\/b><\/span> to maintain account security.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Once logged in, daily timesheets can be accessed via the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Bookings<\/b><\/span> tab. If required, the clubhouse shop team will be happy to assist members in person with accessing the system.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Booking Information \u2013 Important Notes<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bookings <span class=\"s1\"><b>until next Monday<\/b><\/span> will continue to be available via<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>www.bookatee.com.au\/hepburn<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Member-only competition times and guest times will <span class=\"s1\"><b>only be visible via the members portal<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">These times will not appear on the public booking page<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Any member times not booked <span class=\"s1\"><b>48 hours prior<\/b><\/span> may be released to the public if demand requires<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>MiScore Scoring App<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Members can also access the <span class=\"s1\"><b>MiScore Scoring App<\/b><\/span>, which includes GPS distance measurements and is supported at most golf courses across Australia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Please note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">MiScore is a <\/span><b>separate system to MiClub<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">It can be purchased via the <span class=\"s1\"><b>App Store or Google Play<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Annual cost is <span class=\"s1\"><b>$19.49<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Need Assistance?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you have any questions or need help accessing the system, please contact or visit the golf shop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Hepburn Golf Club<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">36 Golf Links Road, Hepburn VIC 3461<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">(03) 5348 2185<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">golf@hepburngolf.com.au<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">www.hepburngolf.com.au<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Thank you for your continued support.
