MiClub Member Booking System Now Live

As part of our transition to GSM Hepburn Golf Club, we’re pleased to advise that the MiClub booking system is now live.

Member booking sheets will be available for December from next Monday onwards.

Member Access & Login Details

All members have now been set up in the MiClub and MiMembership systems, allowing access to daily timesheets and member bookings.

Your login details have been issued separately and include:

• Your Member Number

• A temporary password

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to update your password to maintain account security.

Once logged in, daily timesheets can be accessed via the Bookings tab. If required, the clubhouse shop team will be happy to assist members in person with accessing the system.

Booking Information – Important Notes

• Bookings until next Monday will continue to be available via

  www.bookatee.com.au/hepburn

• Member-only competition times and guest times will only be visible via the members portal

• These times will not appear on the public booking page

• Any member times not booked 48 hours prior may be released to the public if demand requires

MiScore Scoring App

Members can also access the MiScore Scoring App, which includes GPS distance measurements and is supported at most golf courses across Australia.

Please note:

• MiScore is a separate system to MiClub

• It can be purchased via the App Store or Google Play

• Annual cost is $19.49
